5 Best Android Phones under 5000 Rs (June 2014)

by Rahul DubeyJune 1, 2014

Looking to buy a cheaper Android phone? Then it is very important to choose the right one, which should deliver you the best performance at the best price. There is vast competition in this range which make everybody confused and helpless. Don’t worry now, I am here to help you out. I have written the latest ranking of 5 Best Android Phones under 5000 Rs. for the month of June. Read it and compare the phones and choose the best one for you.

Last month hundreds of readers of this blog had commented and asked which phone they should choose among the crowded market. Which has made me better understand the requirements and view point of the buyers. So I am trying to make this list even easier for you by giving you appropriate information. You are always welcome to ask your queries

First of all let me give you a genuine suggestion, if you want to buy a good phone around 5,000 Rs. I request you to increase the budget by 2,000 Rs. and buy Moto E (Read : Moto E Review: Should you buy it or some other phone around 7,000 Rs?) as it is the best phone in this price range. Moreover the phones around 5,000 Rs. are not so good but you get a complete performance with the Moto E. So, it is definitely better to invest 2,000 more and get a good brand and long lasting phone.

For those who are unable to extend the budget for some reason, don’t get upset there are still some phones which are worth buying but let me tell you, the phones which are exactly below 5,000 Rs. are really not that good. So, I was compelled to choose the phones which are slightly above 5,000 Rs., here are they, check out the list of 5 Best Android Phones under 5,000 Rs.

#Buying Tip:

There are some amazing offers and discounts available in many categories on Flipkart, the no. 1 shopping site in India. Buying your Smartphones, Laptops and other gadgets online can be a wise decision as buying online can definitely save you some money. And no doubt Flipkart is best for Indian buyers.

1. Karbonn Titanium S1 Plus:

If Moto E is not the option for you, then this is the only phone in this range which gives a little competition to it. The Karbonn Titanium S1 Plus, is the only phone having the Quad Core processor in this list . It has 1.2 GHz Quad Core processor which has better performance than the rest of the 4 phones. Also, it is the only phone in this list to feature 1 GB RAM, rest all the phones have 512 MB RAM.  It has nice display and good 5 MP Camera. Apart from good specifications it has got good reviews from the experts as well as the users. It has also got a 4.5 inches screen which is a pretty decent size.It could be a great choice for one wanting good overall smartphone at this low cost.

But this is the phone for those users who hesitate to buy phones of local Indian brands or those who want good service and the trust of reputed international brands. If you are one of those is the option available to you but, it is no worth buying this phone. If you seriously need a good brand then, go with Moto E.

Hi Rahul, Suggest a good phone for my friend. She doesn’t like smartphone touch screen models. What is your opinion about Spice Stellar 360 Qwerty and Intex Aqua Qwerty?. She always likes Nokia Phones. Is there is any best Nokia models available now with Normal Keypad or Qwerty keypad. She needs the phones for making calls, sms, browsing e-mails, what’s up etc. Yes with Good Battery back up and with Good Audio quality also. Awaiting for your reply.
