Airtel brings up another plan with 56 GB 4G data and unlimited calling at Rs. 799

Just a few days back, Airtel launched its budget plans for 1 GB data per day to compete with Jio Prime plan. Airtel has now launched its new 2 GB data per day plan against Jio’s Rs. 499 recharge which offers 2 GB data per day. Airtel is providing 56 GB 4G data for 28 days at 2 GB FUP/per day and unlimited local plus STD calls at Rs. 799.

The launch of this plan from Airtel could be seen as a strategy to retain its customers. Although Rs. 799 per month is way more than that of Jio’s Rs. 499, this plan might interest to those who prefer to pay a little more than to change their network or those who love the reliability of Airtel. This offer is made available for selective subscribers as of now but it is expected to be made open.

Along with the above Rs. 799 plan, Airtel is also offering 1.5 GB 4G data per day plan for Rs. 548. This plan is not open for retail and will be offered to selective customers only via Airtel executives. One might check his/her eligibility for the plan through the My Airtel app. There’s also something in store for the postpaid users which is yet to be revealed by the company. Airtel has sent emails to their postpaid users saying there is a surprise on 13th March. Hope there are some goodies for the postpaid users as well.

The Rs. 799 plan is valid till 31st March only, so if you are amongst the one’s who are interested, get your recharge done as early as possible.
