Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe, Selfie & Laser pre-orders started on Flipkart
Earlier this month Asus launched three new smartphones Zenfone Selfie, Zenfone 2 Deluxe and Zenfone 2 Laser in an event called Zen Festival in New Delhi, India. Today, the company has announced via twitter that all these three new Zenfones are now available for pre-order exclusively on Flipkart. The phones are expected to start shipping in September.
The Zenfone Selfie is selfie-centric smartphone which has 13 MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture and 13 MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and a dual LED flash for both front and rear cameras with Toshiba sensor. Apart from it, it flaunts a 5.5 inch 1080p display at 403ppi with Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It is powered by Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor paired with 2 GB/ 3 GB RAM in options. It comes in 16 GB/ 32 GB storage variants and 3000 mAh battery. The price of this 4G enabled smartphone starts from Rs 15,999.
The Zenfone 2 Deluxe sports a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920×1080) IPS display at 403ppi with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood, it has Intel Atom Z3580 octa-core processor with 4 GB of RAM and 3000 mAh battery. It features a 13 megapixel rear camera with Xenon flash and 5 megapixel front snapper. The Dual SIM 4G enabled phone comes in 64 GB and 128 GB storage variants, and its price starts from Rs 22,999.
The Zenfone 2 Laser has a 5.5 inch HD (720p) display with Gorilla Glass 4 protection, 13 MP rear camera with dual LED flash and 5 MP front camera, and a 3000 mAh battery. It comes with 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor with 2GB RAM/ 3GB RAM, 16GB internal storage (expandable up to 128GB). The smartphone’s price starts from Rs 9,999.
Although the pre-orders have started, the company hasn’t revealed the exact release date of the phones but, the Flipkart page of Zenfone Selfie and Zenfone 2 Laser says a Tentative (expected) release date of 16th September, whereas for the Zenfone Deluxe, the Tentative release date is 8th September.
