Lenovo has announced two new phablets, dubbed as Phab and Phab Plus at IFA event that is ongoing in Berlin, Germany. The large screened phablets run on Android 5.0 Lollipop beneath Vibe UI.

First let’s get into the Lenovo Phab Plus. The Phab Plus features a massive 6.8 inches Full HD (1920×1280 pixel) IPS display with 326 ppi of pixel density. It is powered by a 64 bit Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 615 SoC clocked at 1.5GHz coupled with Adreno 405 GPU and 2 GB of LPDDR3 RAM. It also has 32GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card.

The Phab Plus sports a 13 megapixel rear facing camera with dual LED flash and a 5 megapixel of front facing camera. It is backed by 3500mAh battery and houses speakers with Dolby Atmos sound support.

The dual SIM phablet (MicroSIM + NanoSIM) offers connectivity features like 4G LTE/3G, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac +, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0, GPS/GNSS. It measures 186.6 x 96.6 x 7.6mm and weighs 229g.

The Phab Plus is metal uni-body phablet that is priced at $299 (approx Rs 19,800) and will be available in Silver and Grey color variant.

Second we’ve got Lenovo Phab. If u still feel Lenovo Phab Plus’s screen is not enough for you, then have a look at the Lenovo Phab. It sports a huge 6.98 inch HD (1280 x7 20 pixel) IPS display. But on the hardware front, due to its Snapdragon (unspecified model) processor paired with 1 GB RAM it is not as powerful as Phab Plus. It has 16GB of inbuilt storage and is packed with a beefy 4250mAh battery. Rest of the specification of Phab is similar to Phab Plus.

The Lenovo Phab is 8.9mm thick and weighs around 250 g. The device is priced at $179 (approx Rs 11,850) and will be available in Black, White, Red and Blue color variants.
