Samsung Galaxy J3 Prime with 5 inch HD display & Android 7.0 Nougat launched

Samsung has launched a new entry level smartphone named as Galaxy J3 Prime. The smartphone comes with base level specifications and is available for $150 in the US. The Samsung Galaxy J3 Prime is up for sale through T-mobile and will be available to postpaid users at $6/ month for 24 months and for prepaid users it is available for $150 but with an instant discount of $75. Along with T-mobile, the smartphone is also sold by MobilePCS at $69 including all the offers.

The Samsung Galaxy J3 Prime sports a 5 inch HD display and has got a 1.5 GHz Exynos 7570 processor under the hood. The smartphone comes with 1.5 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage with a microSD slot for expandability. The device runs on Android 7.0 Nougat which seems to be highlight for the smartphone!

For imaging there is a 5 MP rear camera with auto focus and large aperture lens for low light photography as claimed by the company. There’s also a 2 MP front camera for selfies ????. The Galaxy J3 Prime comes with 4G LTE support and has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth as connectivity options. The device hold a 2,600 mAh battery for its powering.

As of now, the smartphone is specifically for the US market and there’s no clue of its availability in India.
