Sony A6300 Mirrorless camera with 4D AF system, 4K video recording launched at Rs. 74,990

Sony India has launched a new Mirrorless camera, dubbed as the Sony A6300. The successor to the A6000 is priced at Rs. 74,990 and will be available through Sony Centers, and major electronic stores across the country.

The Sony A6300 Mirrorless camera features a 24.2 megapixel APS-C sized CMOS Exmor sensor, powered by the Bionz X image processor. It has a native ISO range of 100-25600, and a new 4D AF system with 425 phase detection AF points distributed over the image capture area, that can lock focus on a subject in 50 milliseconds, which according to the company is world’s fastest AF. It can also record the 4K video at 100Mbps with a shooting time of up to 29 minutes, and super-slow motion 1080p video at 120fps.

The A6300 Mirrorless camera has full-magnesium alloy body, which is now dust and moisture resistant. It also has advanced ‘Face recognition’ feature, where it can recognize up to 8 faces, prioritize them, and focus on the top priority faces even in a crowd. It comes with a 3 inch LCD display (not touchscreen) and electronic viewfinder (EVF) with increased 2359.3K dots resolution.

The Sony A6300 Mirrorless camera comes with the SELP1650 kit lens (35mm equivalent focal range of 24-75mm), and is also integrated with WiFi and NFC.
