ZTE Nubia Z17 Lite with Dual rear cameras, 16MP front camera and 6 GB RAM launched

ZTE on Thursday, 31st August launched its Nubia Z17 Lite smartphone in China. The smartphone appears to be the trimmed down version of the flagship Nubia Z17 smartphone which was launched earlier. The ZTE Nubia Z17 Lite highlights the dual rear camera setup similar to the flagship. The smartphone is priced at CNY 2,499 (approx Rs 25,000) and will be available in China from 6th September in Aurora Blue, Black Gold, and Obsidian Black color options.

The Nubia Z17 Lite sports a 5.5-inches Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixel) IPS edge-to-edge display and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor which is one of the underlining spec. The smartphone comes with 6 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage, where there is no scope of its expandibility. The device runs on Android 7.1 Nougat out-of-the-box.

Coming towards the imaging department, it is again one of the highlights of the smartphone. The Nubia Z17 Lite holds a dual rear camera setup with two 13 MP Sony IMX258 sensors accompanied with a dual LED flash. One out of the two sensors is a RGB sensor and another is monochrome sensor. The rear camera setup also features a 5P lens along with a Sapphire glass protection. Upfront there is a 16 MP camera with f/2.0 aperture and 80-degree wide angle 5P lens.

The smartphone packs a 3,200 mAh battery with QuickCharge 3.0 support and a fingerprint sensor at the back of the phone. The smartphone also features a DTS sound support for better audio playback. The connectivity options include, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, USB OTG, etc.
