Acer Spin 7; World’s thinnest convertible laptop launched in India at Rs. 1,09,000

Acer has launched the Spin 7 laptop in India, which it claims is the world’s thinnest convertible laptop measuring at 10.98mm. The laptop was first unveiled at IFA, Berlin this year.

The Acer Spin 7 laptop has an all-aluminum unibody and very lightweight at 1.2kg. The body of the Spin 7 is covered in a matte black trim with diamond-cut edges around the touchpad, adding to the premium look and feel. It features a 14-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display, which is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass. The display can be rotated 360-degrees, converting the laptop into a tablet. It runs on Windows 10 Home OS.

The Acer Spin 7 laptop is powered by 7th generation Intel Core i7-7Y75 processor. The laptop has 8GB LPDDR3 RAM and 256GB SATA III SSD storage. It supports Dolby Audio Premium technology for good audio experience. It is backed by a 4-cell 2770 mAh battery that can last up to 8 hours on a single charge. Connectivity options include 2 USB Type-C 3.1 (Gen 1) ports, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and a memory card reader.
