Asus had launched the Zenfone series of phones in India which have become very popular. The Zenfone Series includes the Asus Zenfone 4, Asus Zenfone 5 & Asus Zenfone 6 with 4, 5 & 6 inches screen respectively. The Asus Zenfone 4 is a low-priced phone, lets take a look at it.

The Asus Zenfone 4 comes with a beautiful design, it’s so simple yet so elegant, it feels good in hand. Its build quality is very good , it also comes in many color options which make it more exciting. It almost looks similar to the Asus Zenfone 5 just the screen size is smaller.

With smaller screen and lower price, Asus is offering some lower specifications. It runs on the 1.2 GHz Dual Core Intel Atom Z2520 Processor which also comes with Intel’s Hyper Threading Technology. It has 1 GB RAM and the performance of the phone is decent. It can lag a little but the performance justifies its price.

The Asus Zenfone 4 has a very beautiful design and it also comes with many color options. Also, the build quality of the phone is very good. It has a 4 inches screen which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, again this a nice feature at low price. The phone has a screen resolution of 480 x 800 pixels which produces a pixel density of 233 ppi which is good. The display is bright and clear with good viewing angles.

The Asus Zenfone 4 runs on the Android 4.3 Jelly Beans out of the box which can be updated to the latest Android 4.4 Kitkat. The phone has Asus’s own ZenUI which is good but it can be made even more good-looking.

The phone has a 5 MP rear camera and a 0.3 MP front camera but it doesn’t have the LED Flash. The quality of the rear camera is good.

The phone supports dual sim. For storage, it has 8 GB internal memory and it is expandable upto 64 GB. The phone has a Li-Po 1600 mAh battery which delivers an all day battery life.

At the price of 5,999 Rs. it offers very good features but, it may look less in front of the Xiaomi Redmi 1S. Overall it is a very good phone and justifies it price tag and if you are looking for a low-budget phone, then the Asus Zenfone 4 can be a good choice.
