Huawei has launched a budget smartphone called “Huawei Honor 4C” in China. The Honor 4C is now listed on Huawei’s dedicated Honor-series website and confirms that it will be available via Tmall and Vmall online retailers in China. Unfortunately, the Chinese company has not revealed any availability details of the Honor 4C outside China as of now.
This budget smartphone from Huawei has been priced at CNY 799 (approx. Rs. 8,150). This smartphone will be up against the likes of Xiaomi, Lenovo and Motorola. This budget range has got another competitor in its list making the competition more fierce and close.
As far as specifications are concerned, the Huawei Honor 4C features a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) TFT IPS display. The screen size and display quality is good. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 620 processor which is coupled with 2 GB of RAM. So, multitasking will be lag-free and faster. The Dual-Sim Honor 4C smartphone runs Android 4.4 KitKat with EM UI 3.0 skin on top.
It sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and CMOS sensor and it also houses a good 5-megapixel front camera. The smartphone packs 8 GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to 32 GB via micro SD card. The Honor 4C is backed by a good 2550 mAh battery.
Huawei Honor 4C is offering great specs at this price point and thus it is going to be a good smartphone in this budget range. However, a final conclusion can be made only after its global launch, which is expected soon.
