LG Stylus 2 with 5.7 inches screen announced ahead of MWC 2016

After announcing the LG X cam and X screen yesterday, LG has officially announced the LG Stylus 2. The LG Stylus 2 comes in Titan, White and Brown colors and shipping will start from Korea in March, followed by other markets in the United States, Europe and Asia.

The smartphone has several other software features to take advantage of the Stylus 2 pen, like Pen Pop, which will bring up a menu with shortcuts to Pop Memo and Pop Scanner when the stylus is removed. And the new Calligraphy Pen font will let you write as beautifully and decoratively as if using a fountain pen, says LG.

The LG Stylus 2 flaunts a 5.7-inch HD (1280× 720 pixels) IPS in-cell touch display. It is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, coupled with 1.5 GB of LPDDR3 RAM. It comes with 16 GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

The Stylus 2 sports a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5 megapixel selfie sensor on the front. It is packed with a 3000 mAh battery. Connectivity options on the phone includes, 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS. It measures 155 x 79.6 x 7.4 mm and weighs 145 g.

The pricing details about the LG Stylus 2 has not been revealed yet, but it will be showcased at the MWC 2016 from February 22nd to 25th.
