The successor to last year’s Oppo A53, which will be dubbed as Oppo A59 has recently got spotted on Tenaa, a Chinese telecom regulatory website.
As per the listing, the Oppo A59 will feature a 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) 2.5D display, powered by 1.5GHz quad-core processor with 3 GB RAM. It is said to have 16 GB of internal memory, expandable upto 128 GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Color OS on top.
The listing also reveals that the smartphone may sport a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front camera. It will be backed by a 2,980mAh battery and may also supports 4G VoLTE connectivity. It measures 154.5 x 76 x 7.3 mm and weighs 160 grams.
The Oppo A59 is expected to launch in next few days in China. Hope we will get few more details at the launch event.
