The Oppo F1s smartphone was launched in India in August this year. Later, the Oppo F1s Diwali Limited edition was also launched in October for India. Today, the company has launched a new variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, compared to the earlier 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant.
To recall, the Oppo F1s flaunts a 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor, clubbed with Mali T860MP2 GPU. This variant comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage that is expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card.
The Oppo F1s sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, 5P lens, LED Flash, and PDAF. On the front, it houses a 16-megapixel camera, f/2.0 aperture with 5P lens for selfie lovers. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based ColorOS 3.0 on top.
The smartphone is backed by a 3075 mAh battery and also bears a fingerprint sensor integrated into the physical home button. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (dual-band), Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It measures 154.5 x 76 x 7.38mm and weighs at 160g.
Moreover, earlier this month Oppo joined hands with Dr Strange for an exclusive screening. Under this partnership first 50,000 buyers of the Oppo F1s will also get an exclusive Dr Strange limited edition phone cover.
The Oppo F1s comes in Gold and Grey colors and the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 18,990, that is Rs. 1,000 more than the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage variant. It will be available across all Oppo stores starting at the end of November and will be available online on Amazon.in from December.
