Panasonic has extended its Eluga series with a new smartphone dubbed as ‘Panasonic Eluga Tapp’. The smartphone is priced at Rs. 8,990 and will be offered in Champagne Gold and Silver Grey colour variants.

Panasonic Eluga Tapp feature a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz Quad-Core processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM. It comes with 16 GB of internal memory that is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card slot.

The Eluga Tapp sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. It houses a fingerprint sensor on the front. The smartphone comes with an add-on security feature ‘Android for Work’ that allows the user to separate personal applications from work applications and also protects user’s personal data.
