Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) and J7 (2016) surfaced online; Design and specs revealed
After the Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro was spotted on Tenaa earlier today, the Galaxy J7 (2016) and Galaxy J5 (2016) have now also surfaced on Tenaa, a Chinese certification site.
As per the listing, the Galaxy J7 (2016) features a 5.5 inch Full HD display. It comes in two variants SM-J7108 and SM-J7109. The SM-J7108 is powered by an 1.6GHz octa-core Exynos 7870 processor, while the SM-J7109 is powered by unspecified octa-core processor. Both variants will include 3 GB RAM, 16 GB storage, 13-megapixel rear camera (probably with Laser autofocus), 5-megapixel front-facing camera (with LED flash). The battery capacity has not been mentioned but latest rumors point towards a 3300 mAh battery. It measures 151.7×75.9×7.6mm and weighs 166 grams.
Moving on to the lower version, the Galaxy J5 (2016) may feature a 5.2 inch HD display. It will feature a lower processor than above and coupled with 2 GB RAM. It might feature the same camera specs as of its higher version. It measures 145.7×72.3×7.9mm and weighs 155.4 grams.
