Today, Google has launched and updated the popular Chrome browser for Android, Windows, Linux and Mac from version 45 to version 46 fixing some minor bugs and improvements regarding the security. These changes were available in the beta version of Chrome v46, but are now present in the stable version of the browser.

To turn your browser into a notepad, just type this into your browser’s location bar:
data:text/html, <html contenteditable>
Now hit enter, and click on the blank page below. Now, you can type the text. You can save the text and when you again open it, it will open as HTML page.
This even works on mobile browser as well.
