HTC has launched its new smartphone, dubbed as HTC Desire 728G Dual SIM in India. The smartphone comes in Purple Myst and White Luxury color variants and is priced at Rs. 17,990.

The HTC Desire 728G Dual SIM smartphone features a 5.5 inch Full HD (1280 X 720 pixels) display. It is powered by 64-bit MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz, coupled with Mali-T720 GPU and 1.5 GB RAM. It offers 16 GB internal memory, expandable up to 2 TB via microSD. The smartphone runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with Sense UI on top of it.

The Desire 728G sports a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, BSI sensor, f/2.2 aperture, and 1080p video recording. Up front, it has 5 megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.8 aperture, and 1080p video recording capability. It is backed by a 2800 mAh battery.

The HTC Desire 728G Dual SIM is offered in two variants, GSM+GSM and GSM+CDMA. Connectivity options on the phone include 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB. It measures 157.9×77.8×7.87 mm and weighs 153 g.
