Samsung SM-G5510 with Snapdragon 425 SoC and Fingerprint Scanner gets certified by TENAA

An entry-level smartphone of Samsung with model number SM-G5510 was recently certified by FCC (Federal Communications Commission) and now it has been certified by the Chinese regulatory body TENAA.

The handset comes with a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) TFT display. It is powered by 1.4 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 SoC under the hood. This processor is paired with 2 GB of RAM. It comes with 16 GB of inbuilt storage memory which is further expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card slot.

The smartphone packs a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5 MP front-facing camera for Selfies. The handset will sport a fingerprint scanner integrated into the physical home button on the front. The phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and is backed by a 2600 mAh battery. It comes in only one colour option – Golden.

Now that the phone has been certified by both the FCC and TENAA, we should see Samsung unveiling the phone shortly.
